I am Kalei Inn, an applied sociologist with a PhD from Stanford, a mother of 3, a business owner, and an immigrant. For over 25 years I have held leadership positions in academia, the corporate and the nonprofit sectors in the U.S. and in Hong Kong. I am the manager and principal consultant of the management coaching and consulting company, Kalei Inn, PhD and Associates, LLC. We have an international network of seasoned professionals whom we can call upon to lend their expertise to specific projects. Our mission is to help our clients grow their leadership skills to tackle challenges at home and at work. Our approach is grounded in best practices and evidence-based research on leadership and change.
